Data and purposes
We process account identity, workspace membership, project content, security events, support records, and billing metadata to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.
Control and retention
Tenant administrators control workspace access. Data is retained for the service, legal, security, and recovery periods, then deleted or anonymized under documented workflows.
Rights and transfers
Requests for access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection can be sent to privacy@gloofloo.com. Applicable rights and transfer safeguards depend on location and contract.
