Effective 29 October 2026 · Version 1.0
In the mobile app
Open the Account tab and choose “Delete account” at the bottom. Enter your password, tick “I understand this can’t be undone”, and tap “Delete my account”. The account is deleted at once and the app signs out.
On the web
Sign in at app.gloofloo.com, choose “Profile” in your account menu to open Account settings, and go to “Delete account” at the bottom of the page. Enter your password and choose “Delete my account”. An account that signs in with a social provider has no password: type its email address instead, within 15 minutes of signing in.
If you cannot sign in
Email [email protected] from the address registered to the account, with the subject “Delete my GlooFloo account”. Never send your password. We may ask you to confirm that you control the address, then we delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted at once: your sign-in identity and password, linked sign-in providers, every session on every device, and your membership of every workspace. Your name and email address are removed from your profile, and your past activity shows under an anonymous name. A last email confirms the deletion. Kept: content you added to a workspace, such as plans, tasks, comments, files, and assistant conversations, belongs to that workspace and stays there under an anonymous name, with its audit history. Billing and store-purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Copies in database backups expire in rotation, normally within 35 days.
Workspaces and subscriptions
Deleting your account does not delete a workspace. If you are its only owner, make someone else an owner first, or nobody will be able to manage it. To delete a whole workspace and everything in it, its owner can email [email protected]; the workspace is held for 30 days so it can be restored, then its records and stored files are erased, except billing records the law requires us to keep. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: cancel it in your store account to stop renewals.
